Abstract
This study was carried out to investigate the effects of different dietary oils, both fresh and repeatedly heated, on critical physiological measures in rats. These measures include body weight, lipid profiles, indicators of oxidative stress, and liver function. The results are expected to provide insights into the health consequences of consuming oils under varying processing conditions, offering valuable insights for improving dietary guidelines and practices aimed at enhancing health and preventing disease.
